Most of you do not know that Jim had worked for Farm Credit of NM for 33 years. He was in lending during the 80’s and moved to the appraisal function beginning in 1990. In the end, he managed an appraisal staff of 10 and reported to the CEO and Board of Directors as the Chief Appraisal Officer. Jim has his Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
December 31, 2014, Jim retired from Farm Credit and began a new career with Chas S. Middleton and Son out of Lubbock on January 1, 2015. This business was established in 1920 and has one of the best reputations around for Farm and Ranch Real Estate Sales. Jim and Sam Middleton, the owner of Chas S. Middleton and Son have worked together over many years when Jim was with Farm Credit. Currently Jim and another recently retired Farm Credit career man by the name of Dwain Nunez have teamed up to sell NM ranches for the Middleton firm.
With that said, we want you to know that the marriage between hunting and ranch sales works well. Jim knows most NM Ranch Property either via his career with Farm Credit or his hunting addiction.
